What are your operating hours?
Shally's Dining is open every day from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Our last order is taken at 10:30 PM, ensuring you have ample time to enjoy your meal before we close.
How long do you hold reservations?
During peak periods, we hold reservations for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you're running late, please give us a call so we can try to accommodate your arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via DOKU. Please note that we do not accept foreign currency, and all transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
What are the terms and conditions for catering and in-house parties?
Our general terms and conditions for catering and in-house parties include a service duration of 4 hours. For example, if your party begins at 7:00 PM, we will continue serving until 11:00 PM. Should you require additional hours, they will be billed accordingly.
